The team is responsible for helping the EDP (Engineering, Design and Product) organization make more reliable decisions by equipping them with relevant usage and performance analytics.

As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the EDP team, and across the organization to enable and communicate the product roadmap and current progress through data and analytics.

Bringing your insights, ideas and recommendations to the table.

What you’ll do

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and market research to inform product strategies and prioritization that will drive user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Represent the data POV across EDP teams and ensure everyone is working in unison to maximize the value from our data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EDP, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product rollouts and iterations.
  • Be the liaison between internal cross-functional partners and the product team.
  • User Insight: Regularly interact with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating this into product enhancements and new features.
  • Run structured experiments to drive a deeper understanding into user behaviour and create visibility into user engagement with specific product features.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future development.
  • Align product metrics with the company’s OKRs and help communicate our progress against them.

You're a great candidate if you have…

  • 3+ years of experience working hands-on with data as part of a Product team in industries such as Technology, Consulting, Venture Capital or within high-growth startups.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a demonstrated track record of leveraging data to drive product success and business impact.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (BigQuery, Looker, Pendo, Metabase etc.) will be required.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create messaging for a variety of audiences.
