As a Sr. Benefits Analyst, reporting to the Sr. Director Total Rewards, you will perform a variety of activities to support the Ping’s global benefit and leave programs in US, Canada, APAC, and EMEA. You will be 1 of 2  key benefit team members administering global benefits.

You will:

  • Plan and manage the implementation and administration of global benefit programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans 
  • Develop and deliver communications to enable leaders and employees regarding wellness and benefits programs.
  • Interact with consultants, brokers, administrators and/or insurers as needed to evaluate services, coverage, and options available to best meet the needs of the organization.
  • Oversee and conduct enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits to the organization’s employees.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, and review contracts, service agreements, and communication materials for accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with shared services resources responsible for updating enrollments and providing first-line communications and problem resolution.
  • Present and explain employee benefit information by conducting meetings; preparing written and graphic announcements and explanations; responding to requests and employee inquiries.
  • Monitor updates and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Review, evaluate and recommend global benefit offerings to remain competitive in each country by researching best practices and trends; assess market competitiveness; conducting and analyzing benefit surveys.
  • Partner with brokers to benchmark our benefits programs based on trends and best practices to deliver competitive Benefits to our employees
  • Maintain and update benefit information and materials on internal communication platforms, e.g., Intranet, benefit enrollment systems, candidate and new hire materials.
  • Coordinate global leave, working with Operations Payroll and HRBP Teams. 

You have:

  • Experience managing and developing benefits programs for a multinational company.
  • Experience developing and implementing programs in global locations.
  • Intermediate knowledge in global benefits requirements including health, welfare, and retirement programs and regulations.
  • Vendor relationship management experience.
  • Strong presentation, reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
