Mission

Manage and optimize our marketing operations, with a strong emphasis on CRM management, data analysis, and coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing operations, CRM tools, Excel, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of our marketing strategies.

What you will do

  • Effectively manage CRM platforms . Develop and build campaigns, analyze data, and optimize workflows to enhance customer engagement and marketing efficiency.

  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform marketing strategies. Create reports and presentations that communicate insights clearly and support decision-making across the team.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, product, legal, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficiency in executing marketing campaigns. Coordinate the creation of Terms and Conditions, manage logistics, and support the smooth rollout of marketing initiatives.

  • Identify process improvements to streamline marketing operations, enhance collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a marketing operations role

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Hubspot, or Salesforce. Ability to build, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns within these platforms.

  • Strong data analysis abilities, with experience in Excel and other data management tools.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex information to various stakeholders and produce well-structured documents.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Adaptability to quickly changing priorities and requirements.
