Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Data Quality Specialist to join our team to work remotely or at one of our Portugal office locations in Lisbon or Porto.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a Data Quality Specialist to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to the Production Team Leader, the Data Quality Specialist will be part of a team of other Data Quality Specialists to help thousands of resellers and retailers convert shoppers into buyers every day. From standardized content delivery to hosted services and custom solutions, we empower businesses of all sizes to maximise the value of product information to improve their customer experience and bottom line.
As Data Quality Specialist at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
Search the internet, data analysis and entry of PC/network hardware, software specifications to database forms in English
Research, write, gather, organise, and edit information for publication on websites.
Compose and review documents for grammar, spelling, and style
Fact-check dates and other statements for accuracy
Ensure text meets tone and character count outlined by company policies
Make corrections and suggest edits to the document
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
Knowledge and interest in consumer electronics – professionally or as a hobby
Comfortable with English - written and spoken
Strong attention to detail, multitasking and analytical skills
Computer hardware knowledge and keen to learn and understand our internal systems
Ability to seek technical data on the internet and analyze a large amount of information
Ability to work independently and also part of a team
Broad scope in information technology sphere

Additional Details:
This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in Portugal.
