Why

After our success in EMEA and North America, we’re starting our expansion into APAC now. Given our ambitious and aggressive growth plans, we are looking to hire a Singapore-based Regional Sales Manager who will own APAC as a region and who will be responsible for the company's platform sales targets in that area.


What will you do?
  • You will be a key hunter in the go to market team, mapping the market and qualifying/hunting new partners and big whale customers.

  • Management of complex sales cycles and contract negotiations with decision-makers and key C-level executives. Ability to spot opportunities for co-creation in our funnel to develop high-revenue, high-risk deals.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process of Robovision including coordinating with internal resources including participation in bid teams with (presales) engineers, product management, finance and legal.

  • Look for and work with channel and technology partners for maximum effectiveness, scale and delivery.

  • Keep meticulous notes to track our engagement with prospective customers, using CRM and other sales tools.

  • Conduct regular sales and forecast calls with the team, and with superiors. Forecast accuracy is a must and primary performance metric.

  • Qualify prospects and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams. You’ll create your own (outbound) pipeline.

  • Work closely with both the post-sales and product team to ensure perfect alignment between product-market fit and launching in a market

  • Have a strategic presence on physical and online events relevant to your focus market to represent the highest level of authority in our company as if our founders would be there themselves.

  • Ability to manage people if needed, but more oriented towards managing whale-type accounts.
