We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven Social Media Lead to drive our social media, community, and affiliate strategies. You’ll be energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced in e-commerce or Amazon FBA. You will be responsible for the performance of social media channels, community engagement, and affiliate programs across all our products.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for social media growth.
  • Manage and enhance the performance of social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Oversee community engagement and affiliate strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Design team, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high standards.
  • Create weekly reports and progress updates to track performance against goals and KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to set goals and KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates and influencers.
  • Handle community management with professionalism and tact.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to improve social media and community performance.


  • Key Qualifications :
  • 7-10 years of experience as a social media manager/lead.
  • Proven record of driving traffic and conversions through social media.
  • Strong leadership and management experience (leading a team, recruiting)
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills with a passion for testing
  • Experience in e-commerce or Amazon FBA.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to hold people accountable.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to manage criticism and heightened emotions professionally.
  • Confidence in decision-making and radical candor in feedback.
  • Experience in community management and affiliate/influencer marketing.
  • Proficient in creating and analyzing performance reports


  • Nice to Haves :
  • Active social media presence or prior experience as an affiliate.
  • Experience with various social media management and analytics tools.
  • Background in graphic design or content creation.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.
