Your missions

GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator. This role involves managing and ensuring the quality of multiple digital marketing campaigns using various project management tools and CRM systems. The candidate will conduct thorough Quality Assurance reviews, prepare and execute CRM campaign tactics, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and deliverability. Daily tasks include reviewing workload, maintaining campaign documentation, and addressing any SLA violations or QA misses.

The schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Core Tasks:
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on all email marketing deliverables (Email Templates, Popups, Email Campaigns, Email Flows, and SMS) to ensure consistency and coherence in branding, products, copy, and target groups.
  • Check all technical setups of Campaigns and Flows before launch to ensure strategy alignment, deliverability, and targeted audience.
  • Prepare and execute CRM campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists.
  • Join daily meetings to review workload.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on the execution of marketing campaigns.
Must-Have:
  • Experience with a project management tool (Notion, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.) to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, G-Suite, CRM systems (email, push, in-app, promo codes).
  • Experience reviewing, updating, and scheduling digital campaigns, including copy, code, and creative review.
  • 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform.
  • 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM (Braze preferred, but not mandatory).
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with Slack or Gmail for internal comms

Compensation range: ₱65,000 to ₱90,000/month
