We are looking for a dedicated Litigation Associate to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for handling car crash and personal injury claims in both state and federal courts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client communication
• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Developing case strategies
• Conducting depositions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: \(75,000 to \)100,000
• Performance-based bonus structure with no ceiling
• Additional bonuses based on production
