Your missions

Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Membership Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all membership data inquiries and ensure compliance with dues policies across local REALTOR® Associations in California. You'll manage member records, support data synchronization across multiple platforms, and provide vital training and support to local associations. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our membership services and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Compliance: Maintain and update member records in our systems, including handling discrepancies and providing solutions like virtual training. Collaborate with local association staff to ensure data accuracy.
  • Primary Contact for Inquiries: Serve as the main point of contact for local associations regarding membership record issues, providing timely and helpful responses.
  • Training & Resources: Develop and deliver training on our tools and policies, and create helpful online resources for local association staff.
  • Annual Dues Support: Assist with the annual dues billing process, coordinating with various departments to meet deadlines.
  • Honorary Member Program: Manage the application process for honorary members, including eligibility verification and maintaining records.
  • Customer Support: Aid the Customer Contact Center with membership-related inquiries and issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

  • Customer Service & Communication: Outstanding skills in customer service with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-Solving & Data Management: Proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities and experience managing and analyzing data.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organization & Adaptability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging situations.
  • Collaboration & Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively in teams, demonstrate reliability, and maintain clear communication with supervisors.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
