JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Scope:
You’ll be responsible for delivering on our audience activation and cross-brand strategies leveraging our robust customer data. The role will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue across our business units.
This role will partner with the brand teams, CRM, MarTech, IT, and finance teams to focus on audience development, segmentation, onboarding, and activation. The successful candidate will have expertise in marketing technology platforms, including CDPs, and referral program management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Audience Activation & Insights: Uses audience insights to develop and deliver cross-channel and cross-brand audience activations which drive revenue for our brands. Ensures the capturing and cataloging of real-time events and attributes into the CDP which powers segmentation and targeting (including owned, earned, and paid).
- Cross-Brand Program Lead: Develops the strategy and executes our cross-brand programs which drive acquisition revenue across our family of brands. Leads the development and deployment of a referral program running across our brands.
- Testing & Optimization: Develops a hypothesis-led and data-driven approach to marketing testing that creates a fail-fast testing approach. Test & learn approach will be an ongoing evergreen way of campaign execution and incorporates feedback and partnership with analytics, channel leads, vendor partners, and individual brands.
- Platform Lead for CDP: Serves as subject matter expert on personalization and utilization of CDP. Manage the execution and regular readouts on platform return on investment. Manage and prioritize the backlog of product’s feature set, working closely with MarTech partners, data, and other vendors to increase usefulness of CDP.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Preferred Education: MBA
- Minimum Experience: Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in Media, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field required
- Preferred Experience: 10+ years Digital Marketing, CRM, Media, or a related field, 5 years Leadership role
- Broad knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies that support digital marketing
