We have an immediate opening for a Deputy Director of PRA Services and E-Discovery Counsel in our ARC: Advanced Records Center. The Deputy will help supervise a team of dedicated staff attorneys, paralegals and reviewers, manage the day to day operations of the ARC, work with internal and external clients and research and set protocols for novel substantive law issues for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well. Substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act required. E-discovery experience and certification are preferred. This position will require travel to client offices and courts throughout those regions. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California. Office location is flexible.
