Legal Counsel

An ambitious LegalTech company with a strong foothold in Poland and a growing presence in international markets is seeking a goal-oriented team player with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B contracts, copyright law, and possess excellent analytical thinking skills. Fluency in English at a C1 level is a must-have, along with a team-oriented mentality and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Interested? • Preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and supervision over the record-keeping of contracts and corporate documents of the Company

• Providing legal support, particularly in the areas of civil law and copyright law

• Preparation of responses to legal inquiries from clients and individual departments of the Company

• Drafting and verification of formal documents

• Participation in the creation of corporate standards within the Company and implementation of best practices

• Active involvement in developing legal solutions regarding the sale of Autenti services in Poland or other European Union countries

• Leading corporate matters, such as agreements between foreign entities and intra-group relations 

• Reviewing contracts and participation in negotiations with corporate and enterprise sectors 

• Attorney-at-law

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an in-house lawyer; 

• Experience working with B2B contracts 

• Familiarity with GDPR and contract review skills

• Very good knowledge of polish law, especially corporate and civil law

• Interest in new technologies

• Ability to successfully manage several projects with simultaneous deadlines

• Manage workload prioritisation effectively 

• Ability to learn quickly 

• Analytical thinking skills 

• Fluent in both Polish and English (C1 level is a must-have)

• Team player mentality
