Our Newest Opportunity: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Insurance Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true insurance advisor, not just a transactional order taker. You will be responsible for managing a book of business and delivering an extraordinary client experience daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business of commercial insurance accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Identify and analyze client needs
  • Develop and present insurance solutions
  • Negotiate and place insurance policies
  • Manage client renewals
  • Provide claims assistance
  • Deliver an extraordinary client experience

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business insurance sales
  • Strong understanding of business insurance products and services
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The typical base pay for this role nationwide is around $90,000 per year.


Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
