Your missions

Are you a Marketer ready to step up and define a new category? Are you an incredibly creative marketer, with a strong brand background, able to get under the skin of your customers and use insights to create a vivid brand world? If you believe in tech for good and the opportunity to use your skillset to scale a business that can deliver real human value to billions of people feels like a good reason to get out of bed in the morning, our Brand Marketing Lead role might be for you.

We are looking for a type of person rather than experience. You might be a brand marketer at a startup looking to step up and own brand at a fast-growing pre-Series A company. Or you might be working as a Creative in an agency where you have been making world-class campaigns for your clients. Or maybe somewhere else. But the perfect person will be an execution machine who is comfortable delivering projects with tight deadlines and under pressure. Your passion and strategic thinking will have accelerated you through your organizations quickly, but you y feel unsatisfied and are ready to take real ownership.

Before we talk about our product and mission, let’s be clear that although we’re tackling men’s sexual problems right now, you don’t need to be a guy to apply. We want to hear from candidates of all genders. We believe that if we solve these problems, everyone will benefit.

At Mojo, we’re sexually enlightening mankind.

Sexual problems can be embarrassing, we’ve been there. That’s why we’re changing the narrative around issues in the bedroom.

We believe that good sex starts in your head, so we’re not here to push pills or offer quick fixes to the 50% of Millennials and Gen Z who now suffer with psychological issues in the bedroom. Nope, our app is created by the world’s best sexual wellbeing specialists to help our members lead thriving and healthy sex lives 💪. We are looking for someone that is excited to be part of that.

We’ve had crazy global growth, with over 500,000 members in 150 countries and counting. We’re backed by two of Europe’s top VC firms, and you might even have seen us on the front cover of the Sunday Times.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the founders, report to our CEO, and take ownership of the brand, creative and organic side of marketing. That bit is obvious. What you will really be doing is figuring out how to create a category and dominate it. We are the biggest digital solution in this colossal and growing space.

We are an app-first experience, meaning you will be in control of marketing a highly scalable product that can serve people across the globe. The opportunity is so vast that the challenge will be choosing your bets with ruthless prioritization.

As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in. You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows. We expect this might consist of:

  • Write and own our organic and brand marketing strategy.
  • Be responsible for creating our brand world with a high fidelity understanding of our users and target audience. Educate the team on this.
  • Getting your hands dirty building zero to one experiments which prove our areas of the strategy.
  • Lead creative across the company making sure there is a strong user understanding and creative angle to our work.
  • Work closely with our Head of Content (HoC) and own our email marketing.
  • Owning the website, working closely with our Performance Marketing Lead (PML) on Landing pages.
  • Build trust in the company by overseeing reviews, SEO, ASO etc.
  • Lead our PR efforts and use our proprietary data land coverage in the US.
  • Run user research. Take insights from product to inform marketing and vice versa.

We are building a team of people that have real ownership over the business. To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful.
