Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth
  • Deliver bookings and revenues in line with sales targets
  • Act as a partner concern point for customer and system issues
  • Collaborate with matrix teams to improve customer support and satisfaction
  • Increase brand awareness through customer engagement events
  • Build strong communication with service and operations teams
  • Conduct regular reviews with key accounts
  • Ensure timely supply coordination with the operations team

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate preferably in Science/MBA/Management qualification
  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in sales/Key Account Management
  • In-depth knowledge of In vitro Healthcare workflows and Bio-Pharmaceuticals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a passion for driving actions
  • Ability to implement account-specific strategic plans
  • Excellent convincing and influencing skills
