Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL and PySpark/Databricks.
Perform thorough data cleaning and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
Implement best practices for data management and contribute to the development of data engineering strategies.
Document processes, maintain metadata, and provide support for data related queries and issues.

Required Skills

Proven experience with SQL and PySpark/Databricks in a professional setting.
Strong expertise in data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus.
