About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Strategic Director of National Corporate Partnerships for the North Region. This role is crucial for driving our partnership initiatives and fostering strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space while making a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance and expand our corporate partnerships across the North Region.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our mission and values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and programs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and analyses on partnership performance, including financial metrics and qualitative assessments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into our strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven track record in corporate partnerships, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and providing insights to drive decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
