About The Role

We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collaborate in the creation of continuing education courses focused on commercial appraisal. If you have deep expertise in commercial real estate appraisal and a passion for sharing knowledge, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert insights and up-to-date information relevant to commercial real estate appraisal.

Collaborate with instructional designers and content writers to develop accurate, comprehensive, and engaging course materials.

Ensure that course content aligns with current industry standards and best practices.

Assist in the creation of real-world scenarios, case studies, and assessments to enhance the learning experience.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal, with a strong understanding of industry trends and regulations.

Experience in valuing various types of commercial properties, such as office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and multi-family residences

Ability to effectively communicate complex appraisal concepts to both seasoned professionals and those new to the field.

Experience contributing to or developing educational materials, particularly in a continuing education context, is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality, accurate content.

Valid state appraisal license or certification

Experience in teaching or training related to commercial real estate appraisal preferred. Familiarity with instructional design principles and course development is a plus.

Proficiency in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Proficiency in appraisal software and other relevant technology tools.

Familiarity with data analysis and valuation methodologies.
