Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee the financial resources of U.S. operations, including analyzing financial statements, producing timely reports, and managing month-end close activities.
• Budgeting & Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring financial plans are implemented and adjusted as needed.
• Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reporting of financial performance in compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
• Investor Relations: Manage investor reporting processes and maintain clear communication.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise accounts payable, receivable, cash functions, and lead the annual audit process.
• Contract & Insurance Management: Oversee business insurance policies, state registrations, and manage online sales activity.
• Ad Hoc Reporting: Create and manage reports as requested by management.
  
  

About You

• Educational Background: BA or BS in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting/finance at the Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller level, with a keen attention to detail.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced, global company, preferably in retail.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP/NetSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
