Senior Agile Business Analyst - Long-Term Contract

Description

We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our projects align with agile methodologies and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analysis with a strong background in Agile methodologies
• Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Agile practices and tools
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with research administration systems
• Familiarity with technologies such as Spring Boot, Angular, Git, Jenkins, Oracle, and Jaspersoft
• Background in staff augmentation projects

• IIBA-AAC (Agile Analysis Certification)
• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
