Overview

Are you passionate about social media and ready to take the lead in shaping a brand’s online presence? We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketer to join our team and help elevate our brand's presence across various platforms.

In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand on social media, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to create engaging content that aligns with our marketing goals and social media strategies. You'll manage our social media profiles, generate innovative ideas to boost our reach, and drive meaningful engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Oversee the global brand’s social media channels, including strategy development and execution. Source and share relevant content to support our editorial calendar and goals.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling and on-brand content across various channels, ensuring it aligns with our social media voice and tone.
  • Copywriting: Write engaging and witty social media copy tailored to each platform, and handle community engagement and replies.
  • Content Calendar: Manage the content calendar, including weekly production, scheduling, and publishing for all brand channels.
  • Analytics: Monitor social media channels, provide insights, and optimize content based on performance data.
  • Campaigns: Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns that support team priorities and broader goals.
  • Strategy: Continuously test, optimize, and evolve social media strategies and content, staying ahead of trends and emerging platforms.
  • Creativity: Brainstorm and execute fresh, innovative content ideas to captivate our audience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years in social media marketing, preferably on the brand side.
  • Education: Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (graphic design, video editing, GIFs, memes, etc.) and familiarity with social media publishing, listening, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of eSports, gaming, and internet culture.
  • Traits: Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
  • Agility: Quick to adapt and respond to trends, ensuring timely and relevant social media engagement.
