About Us

We are a dynamic digital agency specializing in crafting innovative strategies, ideas, creative solutions, and technology to connect with audiences across websites, social media, branding, marketing, advocacy, and more. Our vision is to be the trusted partner for our clients. We believe the future is bright, all progress is social, and we are the ones driving history forward. Through our work, we strive to empower our clients with digital solutions that help them achieve their goals and create a brighter future.

About The Role

Are you passionate about working directly with clients who are making a difference both online and offline? Do you thrive on putting the latest social media trends into practice? Are you excited to collaborate with a world-class team of digital experts? If your answer is yes, then this role is perfect for you!

We are looking for a Social & Digital Media Strategist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will lead the strategic vision and execution for client projects, working closely with a talented team of graphic designers, media specialists, account managers, and project managers to deliver exceptional results.

As a Social & Digital Media Strategist, you will be hands-on in executing social and digital media strategies, bringing expert-level knowledge to the table. You’ll be involved in client-facing conversations, including intake meetings, check-in calls, and presentations. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with other teams and senior leadership to ensure seamless project execution. Occasionally, you may need to work outside regular business hours to support live events, such as conferences or breaking news coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored digital solutions and campaigns that align with each client's unique goals, audience, and brand requirements.
  • Offer expert social media guidance on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Mentor and support social media specialists within the team.
  • Lead client meetings, including initial intake discussions, regular check-ins, and results presentations.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations and service level commitments.
  • Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights and metrics to improve results.
  • Offer clients training, ongoing coaching, and documentation to help them effectively manage their social media channels.
  • Provide strategic channel and messaging recommendations based on analytics and audience insights.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social and digital media, sharing insights and future-oriented perspectives with clients.
  • Utilize social media management tools such as Salesforce Social Studio, Google Data Studio, TweetDeck, and Sprout Social.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content is engaging and aligns with client objectives.
  • Implement social media strategies to boost web traffic, drive engagement, raise awareness, and foster community relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing. Experience in healthcare and public health is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agency or client services environment.
  • Proven track record of using social media to achieve advocacy and business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and more (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience with social media analytics and tools, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to clients effectively.
  • Experience creating and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Proactive and capable of leading and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel or work outside normal business hours as needed.
