Key Responsibilities

  • Understand Client Needs: Recommend life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance products that best fit each client's situation.
  • Build Strong Connections: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and your community to generate leads and referrals.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure you meet all licensing and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensing: A current Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License in Georgia or other accepted states. Non-resident licenses for Georgia are also recommended.
  • Coachability: Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Self-Reliance: Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
  • Experience: Previous insurance sales experience is a plus, but a diverse background is welcome. The key is your ability to connect with people and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and skilled in managing your time effectively.
