The company operates and develops an in-house platform for the distribution of e-books entrusted by publishers to various e-bookstores. Our system offers a wide array of functionalities crucial for e-book circulation, including functions for distribution, management, and sales data. We continually update the system, holding the top share in Japan and the second-largest globally for e-book distribution through this platform. We connect over 2,200 publishers and more than 150 e-bookstores, serving as the core of e-book circulation.
To contribute further to the advancement of the e-book market, we engage in continuous development of new system features, enhancements to existing functionalities, and maintenance. Currently, we are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) professional to handle quality assurance tasks in maintenance and development.

This recruitment is for a QA (Quality Assurance) role responsible for overall quality assurance in maintenance development.
Team Mission Our Quality Management team's mission is to "consistently deliver the best product to users." Our users in the e-book distribution platform encompass not only readers but also publishers, e-book stores, and internal team members. To consistently deliver the best product to this diverse range of users, it requires not only knowledge of quality management and assurance but also expertise in e-publishing, industry practices, understanding the merits and demerits of various users, and more. We believe that maintaining a stakeholder mindset and considering what is beneficial for all users are essential to achieving our mission.
Responsibilities You'll be entrusted with the QA for the maintenance development of the e-book distribution system that supports e-book distribution.
This role requires a high level of QA skills. We're looking for individuals who can think about and implement actions necessary to guarantee quality while smoothly communicating with various departments. We welcome applications from those who find satisfaction in ensuring the quality assurance of systems handling the infrastructure of e-books.
・JSTQB Foundation Levelの知識
・Webシステムやビジネスアプリケーションの品質保証の業務経験（5年以上）
・QAリーダーの経験
・Seleniumでの自動テスト作成の経験
・テストツール作成の経験

Hours: 10:00 - 19:00 (standard working hours: 8 hours)
End: 15:00 - 22:00
However, depending on the client's circumstances, you may be required to work flexible hours as needed To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, core hours are tentatively set from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The average overtime work: Lower than 15 hours of overtime per month
Remote work is available except from the workdays determined by each team
