The role:

As an Account Manager for IMP, you will give best in class support to ensure our customer’s needs and priorities are being are met. Our customers are fantastic, and you will need to be legend who is obsessed with offering great service. You will introduce new products to them that can optimise and help them with their plans for growth. No day will be the same as you will need manage internal relationships, stay abreast of the regular system changes as well as building strong links with our customers.

Summary:

The Account Management team are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with IMP Customers. They work closely with Trusts to understand their needs and goals, showcase solutions to support them and win business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of IMP customers where new schools are joining their trust.
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services.
  • Forecast and track sales metrics.
  • Work closely with our dedicated customer success team to ensure customer delight.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in the Education sector, ideally working with MATs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
  • 2-4 years BDM/Account management experience
