Job Title: Infor M3 Finance Consultant
Location: Easton, PA (Open for both hybrid and remote)
Experience Level: 8-10 Years
Interviews: up to 3 internal rounds + 1 client round
Contract Duration: Long Term

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor M3 Finance Consultant with 8-10 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infor M3 finance modules and possess strong expertise in financial processes, configuration, and implementation.
This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their business needs, design solutions, and implement Infor M3 systems to optimize their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation & Analysis:
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes, business requirements, and objectives.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Provide expert advice on best practices in financial management using Infor M3.
Configuration & Implementation:
Configure Infor M3 finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, to meet client requirements.
Lead the implementation of Infor M3 finance solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Conduct end-to-end testing of financial modules to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
Training & Support:
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Infor M3 finance functionalities.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system optimization.
Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Infor M3 releases, features, and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial solutions with other business processes.

Qualifications:

Experience:
8-10 years of experience working with Infor M3 finance modules.
Proven track record of successful Infor M3 finance implementations and configurations.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Infor M3 finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Experience with Infor M3 configurations, customization, and integrations.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Professional certifications related to Infor M3 or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite.
Knowledge of industry-specific financial processes (e.g., manufacturing, distribution).
Familiarity with other ERP systems and financial software.
