We are seeking a Senior UX UI Designer to collaborate on our internal projects. You will get the chance to:

• Design disruptive design solutions by exploring the market to propose disruptive ideas to clients to impact the business goals.
  
• Share knowledge with other professionals, including design teams, and product managers. You will mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.

• Collaborate with other professionals, both with members of the design team, engineering, product, and clients to design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. 
• Your communications and problem solving skills are key to inspire through design and narrative . However, it is your team work, resilience and detail oriented skills that will help succeed in your day to day tasks. 
• +5 years of experience in UX/UI design in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demostrating proficiency designing and prototyping tools; such as Figma, Adobe Suite or Sketch (even thought is preferred Figma) 
  
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  
• Must have conversational english level (will be assessed). 
  
• It is required to share a portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects and problem-solving.
• Nice to have experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  
• Nice to have experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. 
• Understanding of business metrics and design impact is desirable. 
  

You will be responsible for: 

• Design world-class user interfaces and interactions from concept to implementation.
• Create and maintain design systems for consistency and efficiency.
• Lead design sprints and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Influence project direction through strategic design thinking and storytelling.
• Conduct user research and leverage insights to drive improvements.
• Establish quality standards for design work and processes.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
• Drive clarity from complexity, delivering high-quality solutions at speed
