About Our Opportunity:As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that meet our company goals and improve user satisfaction.Things You’ll Do Here: - Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Define and document user personas, scenarios, and journey maps.
- Design and refine information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns.
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of design solutions.
- Analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.What You’ll Bring to the Team:- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years in a UI/UX role with experience in responsive and adaptive design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, user-centered design principles, and best practices including accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
A plus if you have:- Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and user feedback mechanisms.
