About Our Opportunity:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that meet our company goals and improve user satisfaction.

Things You’ll Do Here:
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Define and document user personas, scenarios, and journey maps.
  • Design and refine information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns.
  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of design solutions.
  • Analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 3+ years in a UI/UX role with experience in responsive and adaptive design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, user-centered design principles, and best practices including accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

A plus if you have:
  • Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and user feedback mechanisms.
