- Create and refine sales playbook for key segments and products
- Improve customer qualification processes and tools
- Maintain Smart Reporting’s CRM system setup
- Optimize quoting and invoicing processes, establish quoting in CRM system
- Develop sales dashboards and reporting framework, assist in training materials
