A ride that will fuel up your ambitions to take on a new challenge and stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone.

We’ll deliver a non-vanilla culture built on talent, where we work to amplify the impact on millions of people, paving the way forward together.

Not your usual app. We are the fastest-growing multi-category app connecting millions of users with businesses, and couriers, offering on-demand services from more than 170,000 local restaurants, grocers and supermarkets, and high street retail stores. We operate in more than 1500 cities across 25 countries.

We have a vision: To give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. And this is where your ride starts.

YOUR MISSION

• Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a strong and effective team.
• Innovate and implement process improvements to enhance user experience related to couriers.
• Lead projects aimed at improving KPIs such as Delivery Time and Cancellations, and ensure the accuracy of courier forecasts.
• Provide local teams with analysis and dashboards to monitor the performance of key operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with all verticals within the Operations team, including Courier Ops and GX.
• Maintain and analyze business reports to support decision-making in supply chain operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Strong understanding of user experience and operational levers for improvement.
• Results-oriented with an analytical mindset to rethink and optimize processes.
• Proven ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets and translate them into measurable projects for both short-term and long-term improvements.
• SQL skills are valued but not required.
• Autonomous, efficient, and results-driven.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teammates and make tough decisions in ambiguous situations.
