This is a remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate project management skills while coordinating with multiple people within client and 3rd party organizations to ensure effective communication within project teams
  • Create executive level documents such as PPT decks, excel reports, etc. to communicate and support project needs
  • Establish oneself as a trusted thought partner for the client and manage client relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnerships
  • Participate in the business and strategy development. Help to maintain pipeline of new business by delivering high-quality results that set up follow-on selling opportunities
  •  Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations
  •  Synthesize detailed analysis into executive summaries using story boarding skills
  •  Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

  • Ability to seamlessly co-ordinate/switch between different work streams.

  • Strong ability to engage with senior leaders, build long-term strategic and executive relationships

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Technology or Engineering + MBA from a top-tier institute
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience in business/management consulting, Work experience in Pharma/Healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Should have experience of working in international markets across diversified industries (primarily US)
  • Experience of working with Project Management tools like JIRA

 

Other Details: 

Office location is Pune. Remote work option is available.

Note: This is an individual contributor role. The candidate will be required to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with teams. However, direct people management is not required.
