Candidates are expected to possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Business-related field, Computer Science, or ECE, with an MBA being highly desirable. A minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 14 years of relevant experience is required to ensure a perfect alignment with the demands of this role.

- Proven B2B sales expertise, particularly within the CPG, Manufacturing, or Logistics sectors.

- A high degree of numeracy and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- A consistent record of surpassing sales targets over the past three years, with evidence to support this achievement.
