This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Seattle, WA (12am-9am Manila Time) - 1 hour unpaid lunch break and 2 -10 minutes paid break.
  • 40 hours a week

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO and Google Ads to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running campaign ads in the home improvement, services, or construction sectors and hold Google Certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Optimization: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the home improvement, services, or construction industry to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to our target audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and Google Ads updates.
  • Create Reports
Requirements:
  • Google Certification: Must be Google Certified in Ads and Analytics.
  • Experience: Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns, specifically in the home improvement, services, or construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
