Job Summary: Content Marketing Manager

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with BusPlanners business goals.
  • Produce, review, proofread, edit, and sign off on all marketing content including blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, and social media posts.
  • Conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Support, to execute specific content strategies.
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring content is timely and relevant, while staying up-todate with industry trends.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and carry out optimizations to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of written work and content campaigns.
  • Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content with a keen eye for detail.
  • Thorough Research Abilities: Skilled in conducting detailed research and presenting complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Excellent Project Management: Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building strong professional relationships.
  • Proactive and Adaptable Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and consistently deliver highquality work without extensive supervision.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools (i.e., Mailchimp, Outreach.io, etc.), processes, and systems, ensuring efficient and effective execution of content strategies.
