About The Role

As the Content Leader, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a content strategy that aligns with their mission to deliver tangible business results through data-driven technology. You will take charge of supporting business development, crafting engaging content to highlight their expertise, and forging a strong, consistent brand image.

In this role, you will lead the development of a wide range of content, from thought leadership articles on AI and Data Science topics to detailed case studies demonstrating our impact. You will work closely with their team of industry experts and researchers to showcase our knowledge and best practices, supporting their unique brand to stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee a content strategy that aligns with company objectives, business development goals, and brand guidelines.

Content Creation: Research, write, and edit diverse content forms, including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media, focusing on AI and Data Science topics.

Quality Control: Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, and tone. Conduct thorough editing, proofreading, and review processes.

Content Transformation: Adapt and transform existing content for multi-channel distribution, like converting webinars into engaging articles or LinkedIn posts.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product team, and HR to develop supportive content for business development and employer branding.

Content Promotion: Coordinate content promotion across various channels, including social media (with an emphasis on LinkedIn), paid media, and organic search.

Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and audience needs, particularly in AI and Data Science, to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor web traffic and engagement metrics, tweaking content strategies for optimal performance.

Content Management: Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of drafts, revisions, and publications.

Your Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

Experience (mandatory)

At least two years of professional experience in content management, marketing, or a related role (with tangible results).

Prior experience in AI/Data Science is highly preferred in a for-profit environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate content marketing strategies.

Demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to analyze content performance.

Professional Skills

Communication - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Research - conducting thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities.

Social Media Savvy - Very good skills in managing and promoting content on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Multimedia - Ability to create or guide the creation of varied content types such as infographics, videos, podcasts, etc.

Soft Skills

Proactive Mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Collaborative and strong ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Adaptability and capable of applying new tools, technologies, and shifts in the industry.
