  • You will be an integral part of building out Limitless, designing systems that help humans go beyond their biological limitations. This will include projects like LLM and machine learning pipelines, audio ingestion services, batch job processing, and more.
  • You are excited to take on complex data processing challenges and decide how we scale it to our tens of thousands of customers and beyond.
  • Your role will be central in deploying features that respect and protect user data through advanced encryption, anonymization, and secure data handling practices.

  • What will be your responsibilities 📓
  • Architect and Deploy: Define, build, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Architect the platforms upon which other engineers build and collaborate with them to deliver mind-blowing experiences for our users.
  • Integrate APls: Work with 3rd party APls and internal services, creating seamless integrations to enhance our product offerings. Your role will involve architecting the backend interactions that support new features, ensuring they operate smoothly within our ecosystem.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and user research to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality solutions that scale.

  • What will help you be successful 👏
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience developing in Typescript and Python. Familiarity with managed serverless architectures and containerized applications. Expert with infrastructure and deployment technologies like Docker, Terraform, and Pulumi on top of cloud providers like AWS and GCP.
  • Full-Stack Development with a Backend Focus: Work across our tech stack, including Typescript, Python, Swift, Rust and more. Our tech stack includes technologies like Next.js, Firebase, Firestore NoSQL, Cloud Functions, and containerized services.
  • Resourcefulness and Ownership: Experience working at startups or on small teams, taking full ownership of your work and utilizing resourcefulness to devise innovative solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for articulating ideas clearly, collaborating efficiently, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong Technical Depth: A deep understanding of backend technologies and architectures, with the ability to make sound technical decisions and drive innovation.
