We are seeking a skilled Backend Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to develop and maintain robust backend systems. You will be instrumental in building scalable APIs, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and product enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails
• Create and optimize GraphQL APIs to support web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to release new features and improvements
• Enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions
• Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure best practices are followed

Requirements

• Experience developing backend systems with Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in GraphQL API development
• Familiarity with React or React Native for backend-frontend interaction
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitHub
• Knowledge of monorepo architecture or TurboRepo is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
