Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for an OCM Lead to join their business in Poland or Spain.

Summary


  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for Data Integration Generating Insights (DIGI) Consolidation Initiatives

  • As one of the OCM leaders for a DIGI Consolidation initiative, you will be responsible for one or more change initiatives, putting together and executing the specific change management plans. A large portion of your efforts will be in helping the teams with direct communications materials and coordinating the communication and engagement efforts.

  • In this role, you will be part of a larger OCM team, working closely and transparently reporting to the DIGI Consolidation Lead



Responsibilities:


  • Lead, develop, and execute OCM plans in collaboration with the DIGI Consolidation OCM Lead and your Workstream leads. This includes:

  • Stakeholder mapping and impact assessments

  • Communication and Engagement strategy and plans

  • Develop compelling messages and necessary materials to support your strategy and communicate effectively with your stakeholders

  • Understand the larger scope of the program and regularly exchange and collaborate with the larger OCM team, pro-actively accounting for potential dependencies

  • Leverage the standard frameworks to ensure an aligned and transparent way of working


Requirements:


  • For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in change management, marketing, digital communications, psychology or design thinking

  • 4-5 years experience leading global change programs or IT solution adoption, ideally managing migration and decommissioning projects

  • Ability to put together a comprehensive Comms & Engagement strategy, considering multiple dependencies from other projects and areas

  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a challenging and global environment

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into understandable and consumable bits of information, creating the necessary communication support material. Digital design experience is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a structured manner, transparently working on deliverables and reusing standards for proper alignment across the board

  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills

  • Knowledge of PROSCI Change Management Methodology

  • Willingness to work across time zones with regular meetings

  • Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills
