Your missions

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 12pm-8:30pm Central Time (1:00am - 9:30am Manila Time)
  • with 30 min unpaid break

    The company aims to bring joy and excitement to everyday beverages with their innovative and flavorful drinking straws. They strive to provide customers with a unique and memorable drinking experience while also promoting eco-friendly practices.


BRAND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Community Engagement: Responsive engagement on the brand's social media feed and direct messages, management of customer reviews and inquiries from Shopify and Amazon, and active engagement with personal and branded pages to drive awareness to the brand.
  • Customer Experience: Strategic planning and management of branded surveys and giveaways through email and social, tactical planning to drive consistent reviews, and curating gifts with purchase offers and incentives.
  • Influencer Partnership Management: Strategic planning, order coordination, and ongoing management of non-paid, gifted influencer partnerships on social and within creator networking platforms.
  • Activation Management: Strategic planning, vetting, sample inventory management, and logistical coordination of marketing collateral for current, upcoming, and pipeline events.
  • Social Shopping Strategy: Strategic planning, run-of-show formatting, and guest coordinating live shopping events to drive engagement and sales with TikTok and Instagram shops



Requirements
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or similar roles.
    • Experience in e-commerce specifically in Amazon and Shopify
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
