About the role

The opportunity:
- Initiating, leading and conducting the deal underwriting process in close cooperation with origination and market underwriting teams; Focusing on traditional and real estate guarantees;
- Approving transactions within own underwriting authority or prepare transaction referrals when capacity required beyond own underwriting authority;
- Presenting transactions internally, engaging with risk management and defending own positions with energy, taking into consideration client needs and Swiss Re's risk appetite;
- Assist the underwriting lead in internal and external discussions;
- Assisting the Underwriting Manager in market screening and the definition of appropriate policies and underwriting guidance

• Analysis of financial information of borrowers
• Collection and analysis of general economic and specific sectoral research.

 About the team

This position has a direct report to the Judicial and Contractual Line Manager and Head of Surety Brazil.

 About You

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in analysis of infrastructure and real estate projects, preferably in a Surety Insurer in Brazil;
- University graduate in Law, administration, accounting, engineering; Entry level will be considered.
- Hard working individual, willing to go extra mile;
- Comfortable working remotely but also a strong team player;
- Curiosity and open-mindedness, ability to create alternative solutions;
- Strong dedication to meeting immediate objectives and achieving long term goals;
- Mature and self-confident personality with ability also to face clients, business partners and senior colleagues;

Sobre a Função:

A oportunidade:- Iniciar, liderar e conduzir processo de subscrição de negócios em estreita cooperação com as equipes de originação e subscrição de mercado, com foco em garantias tradicionais e imobiliárias;

- Aprovar transações dentro da própria alçada de subscrição ou preparar encaminhamentos de transações quando a capacidade exigida for além da própria alçada de subscrição;

- Apresentar as transações internamente, engajar-se com a gestão de riscos e defender as próprias posições com energia, levando em consideração as necessidades do cliente e o apetite de risco da Swiss Re;

- Auxiliar o Gestor de subscrição em discussões internas e externas;

- Auxiliar o Gestor de Subscrição na triagem de mercado e na definição de políticas apropriadas e orientação de subscrição

- Análise de informações financeiras de tomadores;

- Coleta e análise de pesquisas econômicas gerais e setoriais específicas;

Sobre a equipe

Esta posição tem reporte direto ao Gerente de Linha e ao Head de Seguro Garantia do Brasil.

Sobre você

- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em análise de garantias judiciais projetos de infraestrutura e imobiliários, preferencialmente em Seguradora de Seguro Garantia no Brasil

- Graduado em Direito, Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia e/ou Economia; outras especializações serão consideradas.

- Pessoa engajada e disposta a ir além; - Curiosidade e mente aberta, capacidade de criar soluções alternativas;

- Forte dedicação ao cumprimento de objetivos imediatos e alcance de metas de longo prazo;

- Personalidade autoconfiante com habilidade também para lidar com clientes, parceiros de negócios e colegas seniores;
