The Role:

Immunovant has an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior Director will be responsible for creating strategies for attracting and engaging talent across all organizational functions for both US and global recruitment.

The successful candidate will have deep experience leading the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-growth, global pharmaceutical and/ or biotechnology organization, creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with business leaders, and ensuring exceptional client service. This individual will drive recruitment activities via a data-driven and insights approach. As a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, the individual will support the recruitment for open positions by attracting exceptional talent to fill positions and by identifying opportunities for using recruitment metrics and analytics to improve talent acquisition and business performance outcomes. Establishing credibility within the organization as a trusted advisor who provides expert advice relative to integrating talent acquisition processes, programs, and practices will be a priority.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sourcing and engagement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Identify required critical capabilities for the future and establish plans to meet capability gaps at the organization level.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to resourcing needs
  • Proactively network with prospects and build talent pipeline to support succession and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Continue to innovate and provide thought leadership by staying current with industry, recruitment technology tools and trends
  • Maintain accurate and efficient TA process (sourcing, selection, hiring)
  • Provide services covering specific areas of Recruitment, including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of Recruitment metrics, and/or other Recruitment services.
  • Support FTE cost budgeting process
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize for candidate and hiring manage experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior hiring managers
  • Develop and nurture productive relationships with key search partners, leveraging those that meet and exceed recruitment expectations; track spending and maintain rubric for rating hiring productivity
  • Understanding and demonstrated capability to source passive candidates via niche websites, social media, ATS etc.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop consistent top-tier stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Identify and participate in industry-related meetings to promote our employer brand.
  • Participate and/or lead Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with applicable state and federal laws

 

Requirements

  • S./B.A. degree required, advanced degree highly desirable
  • Have 8-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience as a strategic business partner in a rapidly scaling Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Organization
  • Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting senior level talent within Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is required.
  • Expert level of knowledge of the strategic life cycle of recruiting; including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, attraction, nurturing, and networking.
  • Understanding in leveraging technology, tools, and other capabilities to support the rapidly changing technological recruiting landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess current/future needs and market trends.
  • Strong contracting skills with ability to establish rapport and develop relationships.
  • Exceptional project management skills to track and manage robust talent acquisition efforts
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

  • Domestic or international travel are required (10%) 

 

Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k and other benefits, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $230,000.00 - $260,000.00.
