Your missions

As a Lead Generation and Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting small businesses across the United States to introduce them to cost-saving opportunities. Your primary focus will be on helping these businesses reduce the transaction and processing fees associated with credit and debit card payments.

Schedule: US Time Zone Monday - Friday (will only take calls every 11 PM to 5 AM)

Job Type: Commission Based ($10 for every successful appointment set)

Set-up: Work at home



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research to identify small businesses that could benefit from lower transaction and processing fees.
  2. Initiate phone calls to potential clients, explaining how they can minimize fees collected by merchant accounts.
  3. Effectively communicate the value proposition, addressing any questions or concerns.
  4. Set up appointments for further discussions or consultations with the sales team.
  5. Maintain detailed records of leads, contacts, and progress in a CRM system.
  6. Qualifications:
  7. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  8. Experience in lead mining, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  9. Ability to explain financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  10. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably within the retail or gaming i
  • ndustry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of trading card games, tabletop games, or the gaming community is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like eBay or TCGplayer is an advantage.
