RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify possible sources of candidates and recruitment channels and publish the announcement on the approved channels;
  • Select the eligible resumes for inclusion in the selection process, according to the criteria established by the job description and through discussions with the Manger;
  • Conduct rigorous phone interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Participate in interviews with the selected candidates, ensure that the professional tests take place in good conditions and provide advice to the Manager directly regarding the compatibility between the candidate's profile and the job profile;
  • Send feedback to all candidates involved in the selection process;
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates, even after the recruitment process is complete;
  • Manage and permanently update the database of recruitment processes;
  • Coordinate, under the guidance of recruitment specialists, the process of recruitment and selection ensuring the use of the most appropriate methods and practices;
  • Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning new hires, changes in job classifications, performance appraisals, and other HR metrics;
  • Ensure effective communication with internal departments to understand vacancy requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • Prior experience recruiting or human resources is preferred;
  • Great interest in Enterprise technologies and Services Delivery;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Ability to work with deadlines;
  • Initiative and involvement in designing best practices and recommendations to enhance results
  • Willingness to monitor the job market movements in order to propose recruitment strategies accordingly;
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written, French is a plus.
