Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Care Homes Sector

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team, focusing on the care homes sector. The primary objective of this role is to support our Care Home Sales Manager by prospecting, booking meetings, and progressing early-stage sales opportunities. The role involves engaging with care home owners, buyers, and clinical leads to introduce our premium care beds, pressure care mattresses, and adjustable beds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the care home sector, with the aim of booking meetings for the sales team.
  • Pitching: Effectively pitch our product offerings to capture interest and generate leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and progress early-stage opportunities in the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Targeted Outreach: Engage with care home owners, buyers, and clinical leads, identifying their needs and matching them with our product range.
  • Meeting Booking: Consistently book 3-5 quality meetings per day by making approximately 100 dial-outs daily, focusing on quality over quantity as prospects are warmed up.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our premium care beds and pressure care mattresses to effectively communicate their benefits during calls.
  • Sales Cycle: Navigate a sales cycle that typically ranges from 6-12 months, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship-building with prospects.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

KPIs:

  • Secure 3-5 quality meetings booked per day.
  • Make approximately 100 dial-outs daily, adjusting based on the quality and warmth of the prospects.
  • Progress early-stage opportunities into qualified leads within the sales pipeline.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales development, SDR roles, or meeting booking.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers in the care home sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities.
