As the Manager, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of the inside sales team. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, foster a high-performance culture, and drive continuous improvement in sales processes.

Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to optimize sales processes and enhance the customer experience.
 

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
 

Implement best practices in sales methodologies, tools, and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ business-to-business lead generation and team management experience, with a focus on enterprise sales in a land and expand sales model

  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com.

  • Proven track record in exceeding personal and team-based quotas and goals.

  • Ability to liaise with senior-level executive contacts, both internal and external.

  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.

  • BA/BS degree.

  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic: Ambition and a willingness to work hard are critical attributes for this role.
