E2E Ownership – You are responsible for managing the strategy/roadmap & development of our fleet tools in alignment with business (own & cross-functional departments), data science and engineering
True Responsibility - You manage our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a balance between innovation and iteration. You keep track of the business impact of your products. You know your KPIs and metrics and apply them to structure, identify areas for optimization, and also prioritize your backlog.

COME AS YOU ARE:
Experience working as a product manager or owner in an Agile/Scrum environment and being familiar with agile software development methodologies & tools (Jira & Confluence)
Drive & willingness to fill the given trust & ownership including the capability to handle the dynamic surrounding that comes along such responsibility. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure product performance
You are capable of challenging both Business & Data Scientists / Engineers. Your technical expertise is based on a university degree in an applicable field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, business economics) and you are fluent in English
