If so, then a role in the Analytics & Insights (A&I) organization is for you! In A&I, we directly influence business strategy, product design, pricing, retail, go-to-market strategy… and much more! We use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis, and good research.

We use state-of-the-art analytics tools to dig deep into the data, identifying key business drivers and assessing the impact of our financial decisions. We use analytics and big data sources to understand consumers, markets, and retailers. We answer questions like: What should our brands stand for? Who are our target shoppers? How do we best reach them? How can we build exciting in-store and online shopper experiences? And… What’s next?
 

Our A&I Managers serve as internal business strategy consultants, whose role it is to ensure that consumer and shopper analytics and insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with your key business partners across levels and functions.
 

We are looking for experienced specialist (1-3 years of relevant experience). Your key to success will be your knowledge of qualitative & quantitative types of research, experience in analyzing market data (i.e. Nielsen, GFK), ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with your key business partners.
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead learning plans to generate deep insights and turn them into category growth opportunities and Joint Business Planning ideas in key retailers and emerging Sales channels
  • Understand shopper needs, behaviors, and motivations to enable shopper-focused business choices
  • Partner with business leaders and collaborate within a multifunctional team (Sales, Brand Management, IT, etc.) to develop winning business strategies and communication plans
  • Build top-notch shopper understanding capabilities for A&I and Sales organizations (develop new tools and methodologies, run training sessions, etc.)

Job Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Higher education diploma, preferably in Consumer Behavior, Econometrics, Sociology, or Marketing areas
  • Relevant experience as Analytics Manager/Market Intelligence/Consumer Insights Manager for 1-3 years
  • Strong analytical skills, including good knowledge of statistics and econometrics (e.g., significance tests and basic modeling skills)
  • Data visualization skills (e.g., with Power BI)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to turn insights into impactful business plans
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
