YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring operational excellence with one of our biggest Q-Commerce partners in Armenia.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day interactions, solve operational challenges, and maintain smooth communication between Glovo and Partner stores. You will be the key point of contact for addressing any issues that arise, ensuring seamless collaboration, and contributing to the overall success of the partnership. Your focus will be on understanding the operational needs, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service.

You will manage and enhance our stores network, implementing effective strategies to optimize performance and drive revenue. Additionally, you will focus on understanding the partner's needs, aligning them with Glovo's goals. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Partnership Management: Take ownership of the relationship with Glovo's key Q-Commerce partner. Engage in regular, proactive communication to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and strengthen collaboration. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review and present key performance metrics, discuss business challenges, and strategize solutions. Ensure these meetings are focused on tracking progress, addressing issues, and aligning on mutual objectives to drive sustained success and partnership value.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the operations of an extensive store network, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance to meet collective goals and deliver outstanding service.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Utilize your strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, build reports, and take data-driven actions to achieve targets. Be fluent in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within the partnership, implementing creative solutions to enhance business outcomes. 
  • Collaborative Environment: Actively collaborate with colleagues across various departments, learning from each other and contributing to a supportive environment that fosters personal and professional growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Experience: 2+ years in high-performance account management, business consultancy, or a related field. Experience in the FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry is highly valued.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations is a plus.
  • Skills: Very good communication, and interpersonal skills. Very good knowledge  with Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Mindset: Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment. A problem solver with a data-driven, analytical approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong project management skills.
  • Languages: advanced Armenian and English skills.
