In this critical role, you will ensure continued and proven success across multiple client relationships and a track record of continued advancement within organizations you are a part of.

What You'll Do:
As a SVP, Client Management, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
  • Own the EmpiRx book of clients and the overall client relationship, with a focus on our key growth accounts and working directly with Chief Customer Officer and other C suite to develop and execute the overall client management strategy
  • Drive execution of retention and renewal strategies,
  • Manage and coach of a team of strategic client executives and managers
  • Proactively identify areas for strategic development with regard to new product offerings and existing business utilizing innovative thinking
  • Keep abreast of trends in the industry and create company-wide strategies to expand and advance our book of business and retain
  • Lead a team through all aspects of concierge customer management, communication strategy; developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, advisors

What You Need:
  • 15+ years working in client management at a senior level (Client Director/Executive or higher)
  • 5 years in a PBM leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage and develop teams from mid-senior level
  • Proven track record in exceptional client retention
  • Deep understanding of concierge service as it pertains to client management
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
