Position Overview

Emerhub is a business consulting firm with different branches in Asia (Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan). We do accompany our clients and lower entry barriers in growing market. Our expertise makes Emerhub the investment partner of companies and individuals willing to develop or reallocate activities in Asia.

Emerhub is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role with specific industry experience like finance, medical devices, cosmetics or wealth management. 

Responsibilities:

  • To generate revenue from sales of Emerhub`s products and services at all times.
  • Following Emerhub`s SOPs, to promptly answer incoming inquiries related to doing business in Indonesia from Emerhub`s website, emails, calls, and other communication or sales channels.
  • Ensure high quality data and CRM health of Clients, Deals, Notes and pipeline stages.
  • Prepare and deliver an appropriate presentation on Emerhub services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Account Management of clients:

○ Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding the client’s problem/needs and proposing the best solution.
○ Working closely with other teams (business units, branches and other group functions) to finalize clients’ projects and achieve excellent results.

Requirements: 

  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client information, track activities, and produce reports.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Maintaining a relationship with key accounts by providing information, support, and guidance during and post project deployment.
  • Maximize the revenue generated per client. 
  • Candidate with specific industry experience like finance, medical devices, cosmetics or wealth management.
